Please read this User Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using the BetterFriend mobile application (“App”), operated by Better Friend (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The BetterFriend App is designed exclusively for networking and social connectivity purposes. It is intended to help users build professional or social connections. The App does not provide or endorse any form of illicit, unlawful, or harmful activity.

By using the App, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to human trafficking, drug transactions, or any activity in violation of local, national, or international laws.

Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.

Post, upload, or distribute any content that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.

Use the App to distribute spam or unsolicited messages.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the App’s systems or networks.

Any such activities will result in immediate termination of access and may be reported to relevant legal authorities.

The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor without verified parental consent, we will delete such information promptly.

You are solely responsible for the information and content you upload or share through the App. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review or remove any content that violates this Agreement or is deemed inappropriate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated any part of this Agreement.

We value your privacy. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which will be made available within the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages resulting from your use of the App.

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
